Conclusion
Ramadan, or fasting month, is one of the best times to explore some of Malaysia’s fascinating food from all over the country. This is also the optimum time to experience some unique Malay foods that are hard to come by during other months, and the best part is they can be found in one bazaar.
As the cost of goods has increased several times in the last few years, the average food prices nowadays have also increased, and a minimum spend per person can be estimated at around RM10.00 just for one dish. If you buy your main dish, desserts and drinks, be prepared to spend around RM20 or more.
Some famous food stalls at Ramadan Bazaars in Selangor may also charge premium prices, and don’t be surprised if you see long lines at these stalls. Again, if a line is long, it does not mean the food is good, as everyone has different opinions of taste. But overall, do enjoy the exciting food during this time of the year.
