The Warhammer Store in Osaka is a must-visit for any tabletop gaming fan heading to Japan. This is also one of the most complete outlets and the only official store in the Namba area of Osaka, where the next best outlet is found in Tokyo.
Warhammer Store in Osaka
First of all, I am a retired Warhammer player. I stopped in 1998, when many of my friends found different paths after all those overnight weekend tabletop sessions in Malaysia. I still have my collection, which, ahem, is still all made from the old lead.
Upon entering this store, I was greeted with a well-organized and creative space. The shelves are stocked with a wide selection of miniatures, rulebooks, paints, and other hobby supplies. Whether someone is starting their first army or adding to an existing collection, the store offers something for hobbyists at all levels.
The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. Staff members are knowledgeable and approachable, readily available to offer guidance on painting techniques, game rules, and product recommendations.
The store also hosts regular in-store events and activities. These include free miniature painting and assembly sessions, which allow one to practice skills or enjoy the hobby with others. For beginners, introductory games are available to help new players learn the basics in a relaxed setting.

There is another place selling some Warhammer products in Osaka, at Super Kids Land, only a seven-minute walk from this outlet. But I have not been to the other outlet, so I am unsure what is available there. For additional information, you can also visit the official Warhammer website.
