The Malaysia Diecast Expo 2025 will be held from 24 to 25 May at MITEC, Hall 11 on Level 3. This is one of Malaysia’s largest diecast exhibitions and the second time it has happened in the Klang Valley as an independent showcase, MDX has cemented itself as one of Southeast Asia’s premier diecast gatherings.
Malaysia Diecast Expo 2025
The Malaysia Diecast Expo 2024 edition was held at Tropicana Gardens Mall in Kota Damansara (Now known as IOI Mall Damansara). It featured various diecast models, including fictional characters and multinational brand representations, such as Mr Bean’s green mini and Shell’s petrol station models.
The expo has been part of the Toys Anime Games Comic Con (TAGCC), Malaysia’s most prominent annual hobby celebration, attracting thousands of visitors locally and internationally.
MDX features a diverse range of diecast models, predominantly focusing on the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM) and tuner cars, alongside factory-spec supercars and sports cars. Models were primarily in the 1:64 scale, with select 1:43 and 1:18 scale models also showcased.
