This year seems exciting for cosplayers, as there will hopefully be more cosplay events in Malaysia for 2023, with several being organised around the main cities of Kuala Lumpur and Petaling, while other cities like Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Penang will also be active.
Since the Covid 19 pandemic stopped all events for two years, many cosplayers have patiently waited for a massive event to occur. In December 2022, Comic Fiesta made an explosive comeback at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, with thousands of fans and visitors turning up.
