This international flight will be operated by a Boeing 737-800NG aircraft comprising 12 business-class seats and 150 economy-class seats. The flight will also land at the world-famous Incheon International Airport in South Korea.

Indonesian travellers will transit at Kuala Lumpur International Airport or KLIA and then use Batik Air Malaysia to continue their journey to South Korea. The airline’s spokesperson Danang Mandala Prihantoro explained the benefits for business people and tourists who fly from Indonesia to South Korea via transit in Kuala Lumpur. Batik Air also provides a flight network from six cities in Indonesia to South Korea. They are;

- Jakarta – Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK)
- Yogyakarta – Yogyakarta Kulonprogo International Airport (YIA)
- Surabaya – Juanda International Airport, East Java (SUB)
- Denpasar – I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali (DPS)
- Makassar – Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport, South Sulawesi (UPG)
